Kristin helped us both sell our home in Fairlington and buy a new home in Springfield. She was patient with us as we started a home search that we then tabled for nearly a year, and she welcomed us back when we were ready to go. Kristin acted as a great advocate for us, but in a respectful way that always made us comfortable. She offered excellent advice for preparing our home, on settling on a listing price, on setting an offer price on our new home, and for staging our home (which required balancing the needs of two small children still living in the staged house!). Her professional contacts who did some needed repairs on our house were outstanding. All in all, an excellent agent to work with. I hope we don’t move again any time soon, but if we do, we will once again call Kristin.
