Did you hear the news? No, not politics as many would assume from our area being so close to DC, Capitol Hill and Washington Post headquarters. Jeff Bezos has just announced–not Alexa–:-) that Amazon HQ2 will have 2 locations in NY and VA. That’s Crystal City, Virginia. For those unfamiliar, that’s Arlington, Virginia.

Current and prospective seller clients were excited to learn the news! I have to admit that their listing agent shares the anticipation not simply for real estate but for jobs, local communities, civic pride, and energy for positive economic, commercial, and residential improvements. I’d love to share my analysis and insights as well as my excitement with those headed East to get this thing started!
